Oh that would be all right. She'd keep on managing that problem her own way. Having to walk so close by him as he was holding the door made her feel like cringing - with the realization that she'd forgotten to wear deodorant. Again. She didn't cringe, no, however, she walked in with face down, avoiding looking at him. "Yes, of course."
She made herself relax again as they were waling among the displays, and hearing his familiar commentary certainly helped with that. It was familiar... pleasant, by now. Not that she went down to the workshop sometimes just so that she could listen to him working... but the thought had crossed her mind at times.
And then they stopped before the two models, and she leaned to look at the first one more closely, to figure out what some of the functions would be. His question registered only partially, just that he was asking which one and she blurted out her first thought, "the one that you can plug so JARVIS can run it at voice commands." And then it hit her. He was asking which one she would pick. She straightened up and stared for a moment, then tried to amend, "I mean... I... I'm impressed by both." She pursed her lips, then went on a bit more firmly, "are you really sure you want to get what I would choose? That's... You've never let anyone else decide for you." I don't think it would be right for anyone else to decide for you...
